今回のタイ旅行で以前から気になっていたこのレストランを訪れました。SNSで紹介されていた通り、開放的な作りで、都会の喧騒を忘れさせてくれるような雰囲気でした。 CASABON でイタリア料理をいただきましたが、残念ながらどれも感動するほどのものでなく、これといって印象に残りませんでした。今回注文したのは、ビール1本、ジュース1本、前菜1品、サラダ1品、パスタ1品、白ワイン1杯を頼んで、一人当たり約1400バーツでした。正直、東京で同じ値段ならもっと美味しいイタリア料理が食べられると思いましたね。また、常連客と初めての客の対応の違いが目立ちました。これはサービスだけでなく、料理の質にも大きな差がありました。写真にあるように同じパスタを注文したのですが、見てのとおりトッピングの量、盛り付け、そして全体的な食感に大きな差がありました。最終的に感じたことは、このレストランは社交的の場としては最適かもしれませんが、美味しい料理を食べにわざわざ訪れるほどのレストランではないということです。次回訪問したときに期待します。. I visited this restaurant because I'd been curious about it. The atmosphere matched its social media presence—open and airy, with touches that made me forget the city bustle. We had Italian cuisine, but unfortunately, none of the dishes were truly impressive; they felt merely refined. For two people, one beer, one juice, an appetizer, salad, pasta, and white wine, it came to about BTS1400 per person. Honestly, I feel I could find tastier Italian cuisine for the same price in Tokyo. Also, I couldn't help but notice the difference in treatment between regulars and first-time customers. This applies not only to service but also to a significant disparity in the quality of the food. We ordered the same pasta, but the difference in the amount of toppings, presentation, and overall texture was too great. Ultimately, I felt this restaurant might be ideal for social gatherings, but it's not a place worth going out of your way to visit for delicious food. 新しくできたレストランコンプレックスです。敷地も広く、中にはタイ料理、イタリアン、インターナショナル、バーなどがありとても良い雰囲気です。イタリアンに何度か行きましたが気取り過ぎず、居心地が良いレストランで、エグゼクティブシェフのイタリア人の方がとても親切でした。メニューも豊富で前菜やピザがとてもおいしかったです。大人数でも大丈夫な空間なので友達や家族の誕生日会などにも良さそう。子供も美味しいと言って喜んでいました。夜も雰囲気が良さそうなので行ってみたいです。. Nice atmosphere and good food at The Shed Bangkok. The chef personally coming out to greet guests is a great touch and shows care for the dining experience. Valet parking is also convenient. However, the service is quite poor. Staff are not attentive at all, you often have to call multiple times and wait several minutes just to get someone’s attention. The ฿1,200 corkage fee is also too high, especially now that Thailand is becoming more wine-friendly with new import rules. Wines on the menu are heavily marked up as well. Desserts could use more variety, particularly more chocolate options. Overall good food and atmosphere, but service and pricing need improvement. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
