I suggest the owner to change your french arrogant manager , you lost money with rude , arrogant guy like him , check how many people complain about him in the post , the goal of having restaurant its to give good food and good service , but people dont come back with his attitude. Unfortunately, this was one of the most underwhelming dining experiences I’ve had in Hong Kong. Despite the appealing presentation, the food fell far short of expectations in both quality and value. We ordered the crab, beef cheek, and tomato bread starter. While the dishes looked promising, they were completely lacking in flavor—bland with an oddly off-putting texture. The portion sizes were shockingly small, especially given the premium pricing. We actually had to find another restaurant afterward because we left still hungry. The experience was problematic from the start. Requiring a deposit for such a small establishment felt unusual, and the overall value proposition was poor. What made it worse was the complete absence of service—no one checked on our meal, no one offered dessert, and we simply paid and left. For the prices they charge, I expected far better execution, proper seasoning, and attentive service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ALMA & Tapas and Fresh Pasta and will not be returning. Don’t be fooled by the ads or the pictures. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner
