落ち着いた雰囲気のヴィーガンレストラン。料理は全てヴィーガンで、ヴィーガンワインもありました。油淋肉とマッシュルームホワイトスープを注文しました。ヴィーガン料理どうのこうのの前に料理がとてもおいしく、今回の旅行で食べた中で一番でした。 油淋肉は肉に見立てたveefがたっぷりの野菜の中に入っていて、ソースの辛みと酸味と合わさってさっぱりした味わいです。 ホワイトスープと聞くと濃厚なイメージですが、たっぷりのキノコと野菜の旨味が広がり、こちらもあっさりしてました。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれました。 お客さんは中国人や欧米人が多かったです。多国籍・多文化が入り交じる喧騒の街、梨泰院の静かな通りにある落ち着いた雰囲気の中でヴィーガンの世界を楽しめるお店です。. Very friendly staff and for the first time experienced good service in a restaurant in South Korea. Staff are good in both Korean and English and after helpful when needing recommendations-! They don’t force you to order more than necessary. Food service was surprisingly quick-10 min after ordering. Food was good and quantity was just right though for a Michelin guide place, more effort into flavour and plating would have been good. The ambience is good though it can get quite noisy - we had a group with a loud kid which meant it was difficult to hear each other for a good part of the meal. Overall good experience, decent food and would come again though unfortunately not as great as I expected for the price and Michelin guide status. I hope they improve and get the start soon. My favorites meals in Seoul!! The food here is SO SO good. We came a few years ago and went back twice in April (I wish we went more!) The people who run the restaurant are so kind, they're always so busy, make a reservation if you can! The food is great and there are so many options. It's a must if you're a vegetarian in Seoul or visiting! They also spoke great English, super easy to order. I cannot say enough about ALT.a!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
