Previously called Ginger before Covid, then there was a temporary place last year called Niseko Fried Chicken but now it's a full fledged restaurant again, called AYA Kitchen. Great service and the 100-hour curry is excellent. Depth of flavour with hint of spiciness make you scoop up the rice in no time. Karaage still good, too! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
