Best dinner we have had in Niseko. Top tip: book your dinner in advance (could do so with Instagram @rokettoniseko). It was omakase with dishes depending on the availability of quality ingredients from various parts of Hokkaido. Pics only for reference. Chef is friendly and engaging at appropriate levels. Showcases a beautiful mix of Japanese and modern Singaporean cuisine you can hardly replicate at home or anywhere else. The sake pairing was phenomenal. The location is so convenient and allows ski-ins. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here for lunch multiple times during our ski week in Niseko. Everyday they have one curry and one udon/ramen that changes day by day, all of it was SO GOOD - we also tried gyoza and fried chicken and it was yummy as well. Not too busy and because the menu is so limited it doesn't take long to get your food. Also amazing hot chocolate! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
