A world-class coffee bar tucked away just before you get to the Jim Thompson museum in Siam, by the canal. I’ve traveled to 32 countries and Ajinn stands out in its use of traditional Thai herbs in their coffee and teas, for the perfect balance of flavor and wellness. A very intentional space with every little detail thought of and implemented which is quite unique for the area. The space is inspired by Japandi design and the products honor Thai recipes and ingredients. Make sure to try the Pada, which is a tapas-like taste of Thailand in a bite and sip. The interactive playfulness is really fun but still very elevated. Pro-tip: this is THE place to go if you’re hungover and need a remedy plus your caffeine fix. You have to try their signature coffee, 'SITA'. It is the only milk-based coffee on the signature menu and it is truly unique. It perfectly blends traditional Thai ingredients with high-quality coffee for a flawless, well-balanced taste. Highly recommended if you want to try something that has a local soul!
