Diana was friendly and helpful! She asked to refill the sides and checked in with me how's the food! It is so comfortable here, will come back again! Food was delicious and yujacha not too sweet. =) Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited Ajumma's Funan and Westgate outlets on multiple occasions, I'll combine my review here & individual food ratings out of 5 stars here. Fantastic service with great Korean food, I've visited Ajumma's multiple times now, even roping in a close friend of mine to try out the different dishes. Dishes tried so far: Japchae ($18.90 SGD on GrabFood, cant find the cost on their In-Store menu for some reason, Funan outlet) First & Second Image. 5 STARS -Both my friend and I devoured this dish. The soy sauce wasn't overpowering or salty and the ingredients were abundant and fresh. The noodles were not mushy or overcooked either, meeting that somewhat middle ground for noodle texture. Pork & Chives Dumplings ($7.50 SGD, Funan outlet) 3 STARS -Flavours were quite simple and basic but it was enjoyable. I just wish there were other sauces to dip it in other than Mayo only. Kimchi Pancake ($11.50 SGD, Funan outlet) Second Image 0 STARS -Both my friend and I could not finish this as it was just too oily. We could only taste 99% oil, 1% kimchi. Waste of money and utterly disappointing. Fried Chicken & Crispy Toppoki with Sweet-Spicy Sauce ($11.50 SGD, Funan outlet) -3 STARS The toppoki was quite tough to bite & chew but the chicken was delicious. The sauce blended well with both chicken and toppoki. Would not order it again due to its toughness. Yakult Soju ($8.90 SGD, Funan outlet) -5 STARS LOVED this drink, i was afraid that the soju taste would be overpowering but they managed to balance it out and it was surprisingly refreshing? I usually feel tired after consuming alcohol but I didnt this time! Spicy Ramyeon ($10.50 SGD, Westgate outlet) -4 STARS Generous serving of ingredients, the spicy ramyeon came with Buldak Ramyeon noodles, fried egg, sausages, seaweed and cucumbers as well as the 4 free sides. A filling meal, I struggled to finish it due to the large amount of ingredients but it was hearty and delicious. The flavours complemented each other and the ingredients enhanced the Buldak experience, which I usually eat without any toppings. Spicy Pork & Charred Cabbage ($11.90 SGD, Westgate Outlet) 3 STARS -After a while, the dish felt a bit too jelak (tiring) to eat as the charred flavour felt repetitive. I found myself struggling to finish (I dined alone on this occasion) due to the taste. Side Dishes tried during different seasons (FREE, Funan & Westgate outlet) (Kimchi, Corn Mayo, Pickled Radish, Cucumber Kimchi, Pickled Seaweed & Danmuji) 5 STARS -All sides are delicious and the taste was consistent each time I visited. They are really generous with the serving size and the free refills. My personal highlights are the Corn Mayo and Cucumber kimchi. The corn mayo was surprisingly sweet and I could not stop eating it whereas the Cucumber Kimchi was refreshing and the flavours blended well together.
