Keonbae delivers a lively Korean-Japanese fusion experience with a bar-forward twist. In Singapore, it's a buzzing highball joint offering affordable soju and whisky highballs (from $6.80) alongside crowd-pleasers like triple-fried Korean fried chicken and Dakgalbi nachos.
