Hi About a year and a half ago, I moved to this area and quickly grew to love this place. The nasi goreng kampung, Maggi goreng, and morning nasi lemak were all very good. I’ve become a regular customer since then. My absolute favourites are the roti telur and plain prata — nicely fried until crispy, paired with their thick, rich golden gravy and fish curry. It used to be really delicious. Even the sambal was excellent. Whether it was the morning or evening shift, the standard was consistently great. I visit at least once or twice a week, and the staff even recognise me. If I’m not mistaken, about six months ago the taste started to change slightly. Still, I told myself it might improve and return to how it used to be. I didn’t give up. Over the past six months, I kept coming back again and again, hoping it would get better — but each time, I left disappointed. Today, I decided to give it another chance after not visiting for a few months, thinking things might have improved. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The prata was not crispy enough, the gravy was watery, and there was no sambal chili provided. The gentleman at the counter, wearing a thick silver chain, had poor service attitude. There’s really nothing much to say. As a long-time customer, I’m truly disappointed. If the owner happens to read this, please pay closer attention to this outlet. Don’t let your loyal customers continue to feel disappointed like I do. Thank you Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Salt lassi is acceptable, egg curry is so yummy , I like the garlic naan more than cheese naan ! Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I stumbled upon Al Sahira Restaurant by chance and decided to give it a try. I was quite hungry and looking for a quick bite, but the wait for my food was longer than expected. I ordered the Purée and Teh Tarik, but had to wait 5-6 minutes for the Teh Tarik to arrive, and another 10 minutes for the Purée. However, the wait was worth it - the Purée was fluffy, chewy, and delicious, with flavorful curry. Despite the slow service, I would definitely come back for more. One area for improvement is the cleanliness - the floor was oily and slippery, which was a concern. Overall, great food, but attention to cleanliness and speed of service would elevate the experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
