I visited BreadTalk Nex to buy bread today and had an extremely unpleasant experience with a male cashier named Koul. He looks around 60 years old with grey hair. I am in my thirties, yet he only called me "auntie" out of everyone in the queue. He did not use this term for another customer standing behind me who is visibly much older than me. I ignored him at first, but he kept addressing me that way repeatedly. As an older staff member, he showed zero manners and sense of propriety by using inappropriate labels randomly on customers. This ruined my whole mood of the day. I hope the store can provide proper etiquette training for Koul and require all staff to use respectful and suitable titles when speaking to customers to prevent such offensive incidents from happening again. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Staff dint focus what I say, given me a wrong beard I ordered a different one. When I went back to the store to change the staff kept on telling that I order early on show atitude and a grampy face too. She say now you hv to pay extra 10cent, for the change one none stop more that 5x until other customers staring at me. I told staff give sometime to look for coin in my purse. And my question to the management , where am I going to run away without paying . Can the manager of the outlet and call me up. Every time I visit the BreadTalk branch at Nex, there are always flies hovering inside the bread display cabinets. The staff won’t bother getting rid of them even after being informed. Today I decided not to purchase as I am starting to doubt the hygiene at this branch. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
