I ordered a beer and popcorn chicken for happy hour. After 30 mins I checked on my chicken only for the staff to say “maybe someone else at the table ate your chicken, sorry we are not serving it anymore” - just paid and left. Avoid ! A great place for a drink while staying at the Cordis Hotel. It is a cool vibe with tattoo art around the venue. They also have a DJ spinning wax on weekends. For happy hour, they have moderate priced drinks that also come with a small snack, cheese, meat, olives, popcorn chicken etc. Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love their idea of promoting 'RESPONSIBLE DINING' in the restaurant. Not only do they care about the sustainability of species, also respect the welfare of animals and their products. They invest time to understand the source and provenance of their ingredients. Only free range meats and eggs are used in their dishes - meaning that there are increased movement, and rightly so, to encourage more vegetarian and vegan options in their menu. Seafood paella: New Caledonia prawns, littleneck clams, fresh crab meat, Ibérico chorizo, jalapeño, semi-dried tomato, smoked paprika, long beans Haven't had this level of quality in HK, everything is on fleek, the seasoning, taste, texture, freshness and combination. I enjoyed it throughout! Free range pork loin: Slow cooked pork cheek, smoked gnocchi, pumpkin purée, maple The pork cheek was soft, tender and juicy, and loved the chewy gnocchi! Happy dish!
