A nice place to get a drink since people are very friendly and approachable. Though the bar is not foreigner friendly because the peeps there can't speak good or cannot speak english at all, they can still give you top quality service. Just bring a Chinese friend that knows how to speak in English and let him/her do the translating. Definitely enjoyed my time there.
