Visited Antler & Ember during Singapore Restaurant Week and had a really enjoyable dining experience. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. A little disappointed that the Hokkaido crème brûlée cheesecake was unavailable during our visit, as we were really looking forward to trying it. Hopefully it’ll be available next time! Overall, still a wonderful experience and definitely worth visiting. Looking forward to coming back again. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Back to checking out Restaurant Week again, and this time it was the afternoon tea set for 2 at Antler & Ember @ Hotel Waterloo Singapore Pictured: - Nasi Lemak Shooter (A playful, bite-sized twist served in a single elegant shot) - Chilli Crab Bun (Flutty steamed bun filled with luscious, spicy-sweet crab meat) - Laksa Dumpling (Bold laksa flavours wrapped in a bite-sized bliss dumpling) - Hamachi Crudo (Slices of fresh Hamachi drizzled with citrus dressing) - Tuna Rillette Croissant (Flaky, buttery croissant filled with creamy, savory tuna rillette) - Durian Crêpe (Silky crepe enveloping luscious durian cream) - Macaron (French-style macarons with a crisp shell and a flavourful filling) - Mango Pomelo Sago (Creamy mango puree with pearls of sago and bright pomelo) - Banana Pudding (Creamy vanilla custard with bananas)

Cosy and elegant interior. Came here for afternoon tea during the restaurant week promotion. Interesting dishes with a mix of Singapore fusion although maybe I would prefer a more western style. But it's tasty Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
