**Anytime Cafe – Pattaya Beachfront** What a spot to enjoy a meal! Right on the sand with an unbeatable view of Pattaya Bay — longtail boats bobbing on the water and the city skyline as the backdrop. Perfect for a relaxed evening. The Pad Thai with prawns was a standout — plump, fresh prawns still in their shells for that extra flavor, tossed with a perfectly balanced sweet-tangy-savory sauce and crunchy bean sprouts, served on a banana leaf with a wedge of lime for freshness. The stir-fried noodles with chicken (Kuay Teow Kua Gai) we ordered alongside was just as good — dry-fried noodles with that smoky wok-hei aroma, tender chunks of chicken, tossed with egg until the noodles turned wonderfully soft and slightly chewy. Came with a spicy dipping sauce on the side to kick up the heat as you like. Cocktails were refreshing too — a pineapple-garnished tropical drink and a herby mojito-style sipper, both great for sunset sipping by the water. Service was relaxed and unhurried, letting us really soak in the view. Great value for a beachside setting like this — perfect for watching the boats drift by while enjoying solid Thai flavors.
