One of the best cocktail bars in Central. Located up on the 3rd floor on Wyndham Street, it feels like a cozy, vintage escape from the bustling city below. Their concept of reimagining herbs and spices into artisanal cocktails is brilliant, and the drinks (most priced around HKD 160) are incredibly creative and well-balanced. What really sets this place apart is the hospitality—the bartenders are super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave excellent tailored recommendations. This has quickly become my go-to spot in Hong Kong for a high-level drink experience! Price per person: $150–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This review is a 100% based on recent service received on a Thursday night. Drinks at Apothecary are amazing and I will always highly recommend this bar to everyone for innovative cocktails. However, recent service was subpar based on previous experience from last year. After our first round of drinks, our glasses and water cups were left empty for more than 20 minutes before I felt the need to say anything. I approached the bar to comment that we had not been serviced for more than 20 minutes and the owner commented they were short staffed for the night. This was not true in our opinion as a year ago, the owner made almost everyone’s drink and took the time to explain everything. This time around they had 3 bartenders, one in specific had poured shots for the table next to us and didn’t look at all to us when all our glasses were empty. Again, I will caveat this review is based on service and not the caliber of drinks. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $150–200
