暑すぎて避難した場所がここでした！スタッフさんはほとんどの方が外国人労働者の方で皆さんとても明るくて、良い声で接客していました！ かき氷で無事に生き返ることが出来たので感謝です！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ¥1–1,000

Food is overpriced and not special in any way. Service was quick but the price for the quantity of food given is not worth it. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000

This was without doubt the worst dining experience I have had in my visits to Japan. We ordered 5 beef wagyu skewers @ 1650YEN each and 2 grilled chicken skewers. I have had wagyu beef in several places in Japan, both fine dining and skewers at the market. The beef arrived and was unacceptable. Tough meat, overcooked, without any flavour, difficult to chew. I complained to a member of staff and he explained that it was definitely wagyu, just not good quality wagyu and all beef in Japan is wagyu beef. He also refused to refund our order. My options were to receive a refund for 2 skewers, because 'it was a big order and would be too much of a loss for the business'. Or I could receive one order of the good quality wagyu valued at 3300YEN, significantly less than I paid for my order. At this point the chicken skewers had yet to arrive. So we left. I am so disappointed as visiting in Japan is always a pleasant and high quality experience and this contradicted all that. Please do not support this business, dont encourage this degradation of Japanese standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ¥10,000+
