東京でも中々食べられない日本の有名漁師さんの魚を使った極上お寿司が食べられる。大将の探求心が強すぎて運が良いとシンガポールで自ら釣った魚を締めた一品が出ることも。寿司好きなら行ってほしい。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Another experience of Ashino after initial from Chijmes days. Chijmes days experience was a lousy dinner. Real lousy. Now this is way better. We opted for the sushi course and it was very filling 16 sushis. 4 were not done well. Specifically i cant recall which 4. That tiny fish skin on satay stick, ive no idea wth im tasting. Like.. u wanna give u give more , cant even taste the texture or watsoever. U waste ur time making, i waste my time eating. Sushi Rice was on point. Good sake selection. Partner that chooses the sake is very important. For the record, with this price point. Uni given was way too little! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
