Met up with my friends after their visit to Tsim Sha Tsui, and we decided to have dinner in the food court of the Central Market. . Both my friend and I ordered from a Thai resto called Attap. She ordered Attap Trotter Rice with Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup. She found the slow-cooked trotter to be soft and tender, esp the skin, which was really chewy and felt like it was full of collagen!! The egg was a standard marinated soft-boiled egg, and the cordyceps flower chicken soup was rich in chicken and herbal soup flavour, making it both healthy and tasty at the same time!! She loved the trotter meat and soup a lottttt. I ordered Curry Braised Beef Rice with Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup. The curry smelled fragrant, and the beef was mediocre. The portion was unfortunately quite stingy. The chicken soup tasted sweet and felt healthy with the addition of cordyceps flower. . The food court is like a semi-open area and the seatings is quite comfy. It is not too hard to grab a seat during dinner time.
