I'd been drinking at FM since... 2008 maybe. The music and vinyl collection was the main draw. MamaSan, the previous owner, was very kind and English speaker friendly, even though she didn't really speak the language. It was a great place, great vibe, fine drinks and amaaaaazing music. - The new owner clearly doesn't want to be bothered serving foreigners who can't speak Japanese well. Fair-enough. That is his prerogative. His place his rules. It really was a cool place, though. So many good memories! If you can speak conversational Japanese, you will probably not have any trouble. If you can't probably best to leave him alone. Maybe he'll reply and tell me this is incorrect. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000
