Visited BK Eating House and tried their handmade fish wanton noodles. There is a large open-air carpark conveniently located across the road, making parking relatively easy. We arrived around 11am and there was no wait time. We opted to upgrade the noodles to mian xian for an additional cost. The sauce packed quite a vinegary punch, so if you’re a fan of vinegar-forward flavours, you’ll likely enjoy this. The ingredients were the highlight of the meal. The fishballs had a wonderfully chewy and bouncy texture, the handmade fish wantons were generously filled and flavourful, and the fishcake had a satisfying bite to it. Overall, a good bowl of fish wanton noodles with quality ingredients, especially for those who enjoy a tangy vinegar-based sauce.
