Ordered takeaway Pizza 2 days ago. Waiting time was terrible because the lady watched TV and forgot to give my partner the food. When we came home to eat, one of two the pizzas got severely burnt at the bottom that we had to throw away because no way we would feed our children that. Pls pay more attention to the food and the service quality. My partner used to love the place, sad Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for both the delay in service and the quality of the pizza you received. After seeing the photos, we agree that the pizza should never have left our kitchen in that condition. We'd love the opportunity to make this right. Please contact our Restaurant Manager or email us at [email protected] with your contact details and a copy of this review. We'd like to offer you 2 complimentary pizzas as a sincere apology. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide you with the experience you deserve.
