My favorite spot for Pandan ogura cake :) my colleagues love their muffins so much! For your info, they use vegetable oil instead of butter for their muffins. That’s become the reason that keeps me coming back for more. I personally don’t like too much butter, so this store is just perfect for me. Besides their Pandan cake, I love their blueberry cheese muffin too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wish I have taken a picture but the strawberry matcha muffin took me by surprise with its oozing jam with huge strawberry chunks in it. The texture is soft and moist while not leaving a greasy after taste. I'll definitely be coming back for more! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5

Love love love the brownies here! Bake_of is renowned for their muffins but u must try their brownies too - my salted choc brownies are so moist & chocolatey with that added seasalt crunch that'll make u go mmmm... not too rich so u can easily wolf down the entire brownie n then reach out for more . Yes, more please!
