Don't expect the best experience. The elderly lady in the front demanding for us to stand in line is rude. How does a customer know there is a line across the sidewalk? So naturally we walk up to enter the shop. That lady yells and points to stand in line. Have some couetesy. Talk nicely. We are giving your shop business. Standing in the rain after a 2km walk to your place and that is how we are greeted by a lady that has zero concept of hospitality? And, The ordering process feels very rushed. The cashier keeps asking "anything else?". So yes, they are rushing. I understand that this is how it is in HK. But, your bakehouse can be different by providing a more enjoyable experience, since afterall your product is also different. Lastly, the baked goods are okay.
