Holding its Michelin star for 9 consecutive years, ÉPURE in Tsim Sha Tsui offers high CP value French fine dining, with their 3-course Summer Lunch Menu starting at $588. The meal starts strong with a great bread basket—the cheese and pepper croissant with chili butter is a real standout. The Hamachi crudo is fresh with a nice kick from the shiso and jalapeño. For the main, the French yellow chicken is skillfully done two ways, pairing a smooth layered breast with a crisp tempura-style leg. It wraps up nicely with a refreshing yuzu sorbet and molten pandan madeleines. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $500+
