この界隈で一番美味いと思う。店内のモニターではつい見入っちゃうような印象的な場面が流れていますパルプフィクションのハンバーガーのシーンやモハメド・アリのKOシーンなど…。バンコクに来たら一度は行ってみて欲しいところです. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿400–600

クラフトバーガーショップ。パテがジューシーで絶品！店外を眺めながらの食事は東南アジア感満載。大型のバーガーはソースが大量に入っているので、食べる時にあふれ出たソースがかからないよう注意して。ハンバーガーとしての完成度をパテの旨さが上まわる印象。

We were craving burgers tonight, and because I really try to pay attention to the quality of the meat I’m eating, Bang Bang Burgers caught my eye because they offer grass-fed beef. I also have to say, I love the concept. The menu is fun, the burger names are great, and just reading the descriptions made everything sound pretty fabulous. We ordered the Double Iron Mike, and I was genuinely excited to try it. Unfortunately, this one just didn’t quite hit the mark for us. To be completely fair, we live quite a distance from the restaurant and our order took a little over an hour from ordering to arriving, with probably around 30 minutes of that on the scooter. So I can’t entirely fault them for the fries. They arrived very soggy and not at all crispy, although I could absolutely imagine them being delicious if we had eaten them right there at the restaurant. The burgers themselves, though, were the bigger disappointment. They were quite dry and not juicy at all. Grass-fed beef is something I eat quite often, and because it tends to be leaner, I think it really needs a little extra care when cooking. Once it gets overcooked, it can become dry and chewy pretty quickly, and unfortunately that was how our Double Iron Mikes tasted. I really wanted to love Bang Bang. I love the name, I love that they’re using grass-fed beef, and I love the overall concept. But with so many burger places to explore in Bangkok, this unfortunately won’t be one we order from again. Hi Rae, thank you for such a fair and detailed review. You're right on both counts. Fries don't survive an hour in a box, and a double grass-fed patty needs extra care, especially when it's travelling that far. Dry and chewy is not the burger we want to send out, and that's on us, not the distance.We've shared this with the kitchen and are looking at how we cook and pack our doubles for longer deliveries.We'd like the chance to show you the Double Iron Mike as it should be.
