Kiosks upon walk in to order. The place looks a little messy but there are plenty of seating. There aren't many tray returns and it isn't expected for customers to clean up after themselves, so this place can look dirty during peak hours. The plus side, there is plenty of seating and a second floor where employees can still bring your food to you. The menu is quite unique compared to the American menus. More pork patties, which I wanted to try. And unique fried pies. I had the Double Samurai Pork Burger and the Fried Corn Pie. These were very interesting items. The pork burger, compared to a beef patty, is definitely unique but the taste was not that great compared to beef or chicken. The McNuggets are a classic staple. Corn pies were kind of gross. All in all, I think my American pallet wasn't used to the Thai style menu. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400

Dear McDonald’s Thailand Customer Service, I would like to report a poor experience at McDonald’s Grand Five Nana branch, Arab Street / Nana area, on July 6, 2026, around 8:00 PM. Order details:. Order No.: 2574. Invoice No.: 501782500008808. Total: 200 THB I ordered a Filet-O-Fish meal, but the burger was served badly assembled, with the bun and cheese out of place. I politely showed the issue to the staff member, but her attitude was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. She told me that the burger comes like that, as if I did not know how the product should look. She then took the burger and threw it in the trash, even though the issue could have been fixed easily. It felt like she was making me wait on purpose. She may have been under pressure, but that should not be taken out on customers. I asked for the manager, and I received a refund, but the manager did not properly address the staff member’s behavior or offer a clear apology. My complaint is mainly about the rude service, poor attitude, and lack of professional handling by the branch team. I hope this incident will be investigated and handled properly. Regards,. Aziz.
