これまた残念なバインミー屋。香港なんちゃって各国料理シリーズ。パンの管理が良くないのであろう。パンが不味い。野菜を採れるのは香港では有り難いが、生の野菜なので衛生面に気をつけなければならない。しかし、手を洗っているのか定かではない輩のようなスタッフが野菜をいじっくてパンに入れているのを見ると、それだけで食べる気が失せてしまった。バインミーより問題なのは春巻きである。この店の関係者はベトナムで春巻きを食べたことがあるのだろうか？と疑問に感じた。ベトナムの春巻きとは別物である。油でギドギドになった謎の食べ物。こんなものを高い値段を出して食べる価値はない。ミシュラン調査員は普段、何を食べているのだろうか？. Banh Mi Nem feels like a place created by someone who genuinely cares about Vietnamese food and wants to share it properly. The owner is a Vietnamese food content creator, and that passion comes through in both the menu and the execution. We tried the Bánh Mì, Nem Rán (fried spring rolls) and a few other Vietnamese classics, and everything tasted wonderfully authentic. The baguette was light and crisp, the fillings were fresh and well balanced, and the herbs added that unmistakable brightness that makes a good bánh mì so satisfying. The Nem Rán were another highlight, arriving hot, crunchy and packed with flavour. What I appreciated most was that the food felt true to its roots rather than being overly adapted. The flavours were clean, vibrant and comforting, the kind that immediately transport you to a neighbourhood eatery in Vietnam. Friendly service, authentic cooking and consistently delicious food make this an easy recommendation. A spot I would happily return to whenever a Vietnamese craving strikes.
