Baobab Restaurant in Koh Samui offers a delightful dining experience that stands out for its excellent food, charming atmosphere, and incredibly friendly staff. The dishes are well-prepared, showcasing a variety of flavors that cater to both local and international palates. The ambiance is inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal by the beach. However, the experience is slightly tarnished by two factors. The restaurant can get quite crowded, which detracts from the intimate vibe one might seek. Moreover, the decision to allow smoking can be particularly off-putting for non-smokers, as it disrupts the enjoyment of an otherwise lovely meal. Overall, Baobab is a great option for food lovers, but management might want to reconsider their smoking policy to enhance the dining experience for everyone. 4 out of 5 stars!
