Bar Anima is a hidden gem in Central that truly lives up to its philosophy of “Old Soul, New Hands.” The cocktail program beautifully reimagines timeless classics with incredible craftsmanship, balance, and attention to detail. The newly curated menu offers a thoughtful mix of seasonal creations and essential classics, and every drink feels intentional — refined, layered, and perfectly balanced in both flavour and strength. The Irish Coffee ritual was velvety and comforting, while the Bloody Mary made with Japanese Amela tomatoes added an umami-rich depth that stood out immediately. What makes the experience even more special is their bespoke “Soul” cocktails, crafted based on your mood and conversation with the bartender. It makes every visit feel personal and completely unique. A beautifully understated bar where classic cocktails are reconnected with modern creativity and quiet precision. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a sophisticated cocktail experience in Hong Kong.
