京都出張先で一人でシガーを吸いたく立ち寄りました。 外国の方もおられ英語を交えながらマスターが接客しておられて リクエストにも良いご提供をされていたと思います。 すごく気さくなマスターで色々ウィスキーのお話をお聞きし 良い時間を過ごさせて頂きました。 お店の規模的に小さめなサイズのシガーしかないようですが 遅い時間だったので十分でした。 京都に行った際はまた立ち寄りたい素敵なBARでお勧めです。. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ¥8,000–9,000

it’s been 4 months since I left Japan and 2 of the most memorable nights I had were in Kyoto when I visited Bar Dram. Naru-San is a one man bartender that can do it all at his bar, his vast knowledge on cocktails has been compiled over his years of experience. I love learning about suntory and their distillery and he told me many stories about how Yamazaki/Hakushu came to be. His has a wide variety of whiskeys from all over the world as well as everything else including classic cocktails. Naru-San also has a finger food dish that has mascarpone , dorate toast, home made honey from the cherry blossom seasons in Japan as well as a delicious homemade jam. I still think about the memories I’ve made with the locals that come to this bar.
