[Late review] Visited in Aug 2025 Dropped by Bar Mood a couple times last year during my visit to Taipei. It is definitely one of the best bars in Taipei with very good cocktails and a nice ambience. The bar is split across two locations, with each location on opposite sides of the street. So, depending on the availability of seats, you will be directed to one of the two locations. I did not have a reservation for both my visits but was able to get a seat after a short wait on both occasions. However, I think it’s best to get a reservation, esp. if you’re visiting on weekends, as the place can get full. Ended up trying 6-7 cocktails across my 2 visits. The mixologists at Bar Mood have done a very good job in crafting a well thought out cocktail menu. Some of the drinks are served in very fancy glasses too. The quality of the drinks is top notch and I enjoyed every drink I ordered. Service was good. All in all, a really good cocktail bar which I would definitely recommend visiting in you’re in Taipei. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
