Best Customer Service Ever! We stayed at the Kimpton Da An Hotel back in January 2023 for six nights. The room was clean and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious! But above all, the customer service provided by the staff was above and beyond what was expected. After checking out I forgot a mini Bose portable speaker in the room. The hotel emailed me afterwards, but I was long gone. I asked them to mail it to San Francisco, California, but the cost was too high. I told the hotel staff to keep the speaker until I get back in October to pick it up. They promised to keep it safe. Everyone including, Rohit, Mia, Fanny, Andrea, William, and Ethan made every effort to ensure me that I could pick it up when I return. In deed at the end of October, I emailed them to let them know I would pick it up. When I walked in, the speaker was there waiting for me. If this happened at any other hotel, I will probably never see the speaker again, let along be able to pick it up ten months later. Thank you so much staff members for taking such good care of their guests. I would gladly stay here again and again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
