It has been a long time since I last bought something from Barcook Bakery - blame it on my preference for creamy spongey cake as my go-to dessert. Anyway, I took away from this Barcook Bakery outlet at Hillion Mall, a Kaya Butter and a Chocolate Coffee Twist. I have to say that at $1.70, the Kaya Butter was very good and very reasonably priced considering the portion size and price that you have to pay for at any Nanyang kopitiam chain. As for the Chocolate Coffee Twist, it was also very good and reasonably priced at $2.40 - although if I had to choose either and if I am price conscious, I would go for the Kaya Butter. Service at this outlet was very good - very friendly and patient. And as it is just a kiosk, I have no comments on the dining or buying ambience.
