I would like to make a complaint about the service I received today. I ordered two ice creams: one Cotton Candy and one Chocolate. I clearly told the staff that I wanted the M&M topping on the Cotton Candy ice cream only. However, the staff misunderstood my order and put the M&M topping on the Chocolate ice cream instead. When I pointed out the mistake, I politely explained that I had ordered the topping for the Cotton Candy ice cream. Instead of acknowledging the error and offering to replace it, the staff refused to change it and walked away without apology. The mistake was not mine, yet I was expected to accept the wrong order. I was very disappointed with both the poor customer service and the unwillingness to correct a simple mistake. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure your staff pay closer attention to customers’ orders and handle situations like this more professionally in the future.

I was quite appalled by what I witnessed at Baskin Robbins Northpoint City yesterday. As I walked past the store, I saw a lady who was not in the official staff uniform (wearing shorts and standing on a stool) using a feather duster to clean the TV screen above the counter. What was alarming was that visible dust and debris were falling directly onto the worktable below where ice cream orders are prepared. Even more surprising, two staff members in uniform stood by and watched without taking any action. While the ice cream itself is kept in a freezer, customers would reasonably expect the preparation area and work surfaces to be maintained to proper hygiene standards. Seeing dust being swept onto a food preparation workspace raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety practices. This may seem like a small issue, but it reflects a worrying lack of hygiene awareness and supervision. I hope management reviews their cleaning procedures and staff training to ensure basic food handling and cleanliness standards are upheld. As a customer, this experience has certainly affected my confidence in the store.

I always come to baskin robbins to eat ice cream and the staff is always very friendly. Today when I was eating my scoop in the dining area and saw this mom with her kids ordering which turned nasty. I heard the mom asking for a scoop first so the guy scooped it for her in a single scoop cup. Then she asked for another scoop and said she wanted double junior, which she didn't clarify at first. The guy didn't change it for her for some hygiene purposes. Then she got angry and wanted his name. he didn't give it to her but told her she can complain if shes unhappy with the service. So she took a close up picture of the guy's face. I personally think it's rude to take picture of someone's face without permission even if they work in the service sector. The guy wanted her to delete the picture but she didn't so he said to call the police if she didnt. Maybe he sounded a little frustrated but the mom's attitude was really bad. As a frequent customer, I appreciate their efforts dealing with rude and unreasonable customers but have to still put up with a smile. It is OK to stand up for urself in these type of situations. They have always been very friendly to customers and it should honestly be both ways. Being in the service sector doesn't mean customers can treat them less of a human.
