Dined at Bencotto and it was extremely disappointing for the price. The cold cuts tasted stale, like they had been sitting for days. Staff argued about steak doneness; we ordered medium, it arrived closer to medium rare and was still chewy, clearly poor meat quality. The atmosphere has also declined, with loud children disrupting what used to be a more refined setting. Overall, not the standard expected. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
