Bought a cake a day after Christmas. The person confirmed the cake was freshly baked "today", but found a small hole in the middle when I opened it up. Looks like a Merry Christmas tag planted on it before. Didn't expect such a big cake shop would recycle their unsold cakes after Christmas. Look at the , they were not even fresh. Worst still, this was for someone's Birthday. What a shame ! Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Business is brisk - as in most food shops in JEM on a Saturday afternoon. Service is brusque - as in most retail shops. But hey, Bengawan Solo name alone should make up for any shortcomings. So we just buy and go. Ya. That's Mall Culture here. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
