The old aunty at the counter on 14 April had really poor customer service. She was discriminatory towards customers not being able to speak Chinese. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Business is brisk - as in most food shops in JEM on a Saturday afternoon. Service is brusque - as in most retail shops. But hey, Bengawan Solo name alone should make up for any shortcomings. So we just buy and go. Ya. That's Mall Culture here. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
