WORST CAKE EVER !!! disgusted by their cake; staff gave the reasoning that it has to be “thawed” for a TIRAMISU cake & not to mention even AFTER being placed in the fridge for an hour its still hard like a ROCK lmao, they even gave excuses to cover up that it came from HQ (like obvs) then where else would it come from?! what an exp eating such a shitty cake, would 10000% NOT recommend any of their cakes since it tasted so disgusting that we had to throw it away, no wonder their review is so BADDD BUY AT UR OWN RISK ***

quite disappointing. One of your staff (a Chinese girl wearing glasses) came across as rude. I’m not expecting exceptional friendliness, but basic politeness should be there. I hope this can be addressed so customers don’t leave feeling uncomfortable.
