Yesterday I bought 16 can of cookies at Plaza Singapura branch. Yr staff very experience and helpful . She recommended a few cookies for me to bring overseas for my relatives.. when I told her that I need to bring overseas, they help to pack nicely for me. I appreciated their helpfulness and recommendation.. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Visited this outlet in the evening and was surprised by the well mannered staffs that advised me on what kuihs to order and I am more than happy with their services. I will definitely visit this outlet again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible service from the plus size lady who clearly hates her job because she didn't bother greeting me when I said "hello." Looked at me like I owed her money when all I asked was two packets of kuih as the only customer there. Bengawan Solo WAKE UP and look at all the preceding reviews and do something about them. Your kuihs and cookies are delicious but it's so off putting to buy them if your staff's attitude is Service: 1
