Poor experience with server Shaiful with severe attitude problems. To his defense at 1.45pm he was the only cleaner server chef and waiter. But that does not warrant giving attitude, challenging customers and throwing things around. Wouldn't recommend this outlet solely due to their staffing issues. Gelare generally has great food Time around 1.30 to 1.45pm Context: I stood at counter for a good 5 to 10min wanting to order a honey malt cone. ($7.20) server saw me but went into kitchen, did not ask me for orders . I then browsed and alerted him. Server shaiful refused to answer until I was knocking on the glass counter hard and was nearly at shouting volume. He then said he didnt hear with no apologies, and said repeatedly there's heavy machinery(?) In kitchen. I proceeded to order At the counter I saw a QR discount and asked if I could scan it. He rolled his eyes and said to proceed. I asked him what his attitude was for? Server Shaiful then repeatedly challenged me to complaint and says there's a cctv . I felt it was a little too much for a small ice cream order and requested to cancel. Server then said [NICE] and threw the food item into the bin. I felt this serving attitude and aggression was a bit alarming and would like an explanation from management, also in part if other patrons might encounter the same and it would be an exacerbated Incident if I had not walked away. Thank you.

Service is very slow with only 1 waffle machine in the whole shop. One order takes more than 30min wait and customers are not informed about the long wait time at the point of ordering. The staff should be able to estimate the wait time based on experience. Based on the number of people before me, it is definitely not "10min more" unless they are able to serve 1 waffle per min. How can an ice cream and waffles place be having only 1 waffle machine operating??? And my waffle came without its whipped cream.
