Banana cake smaller than other branches. I frequent Lot One. But came to buy twice at bpp just to prove this point. Photo as proof of purchase. Don’t believe can go and buy yourself. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The staff was very arrogant. I was buying a piece of pandan Swiss cheese roll and was asked to wait. Then they changed their mind and said they don’t sell just one piece unless I buy more. Speechless. What kind of customer service is that? I’ve been buying from Bengawan Solo for decades, and every transaction was more than six pieces. So stuck up. I won’t be buying from them anymore. btw, happened that I bought some items from them yesterday, the pandan chiffon was $1.9 per slice, it's was so small and overpriced. it's time to for a regular customer stop buying from these profiteer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
