Review on choc waffles. Price has gone up but quality of waffles has to be justified. Otherwise, it is not worth paying $3.20 for a scarce hazelnut choc waffles with undercooked waffles. We are all fine waiting for a good waffles, don’t rush cooking an undercooked waffles and please improve on customer service as it can be off putting. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with the service at PrimaDéli. The short Chinese lady selling waffles was rude and lacked basic customer service. Customers come to patronise the business, not tolerate poor attitude. After reading past reviews, I realised many customers have complained about this same staff member for more than 3 years, yet no action seems to have been taken. Customer feedback is clearly being ignored. Also, what is the point of asking customers for their email to “follow up” when nothing is actually done? The same issue keeps happening year after year. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service is really slow. I came to buy a cake without any hassle because I already knew what I wanted but had to wait 10 mins standing there because both the non-hijabi Malay worker and the Chinese worker did not want to attend to me. Both of them completely avoided eye contact as if they were so busy when there were literally only two customers taking 1000 years to order a cake. Understand that the Chinese worker is attending to those annoying customers but if she had some basic common sense, she would have told the customers to take their time to decide while she attends to me because I was ready to buy and leave. And the non-hijabi Malay worker? I told her I just want to buy a cake but she was "too busy" making waffles for ONE customer. Dearest Prima Deli, I feel you should really consider training or supervising your workers because this is basic customer service. If they can't even handle people wanting to buy a cake and not knowing what to prioritise, I'm sure there are many people out there willing to work at your Causeway Point outlet. Your food is great, but for as long as I could remember, the service really sucks which drives the customers away. You could definitely be making more money. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
