Awesome sandwich (loved the freshest of the ingredients!) and pancakes (a balanced sweetness with a hint of bitterness from the fermented alcohol perhaps ;o) ) and sweet loved the long black which is not too acidic and clean your palate fresh to savour the meal all over again! Will definitely be back soon! Keep it up guys! Celebrate your 1st anniversary (July) and many more to come!! P.S. came by again with my princesses 1 week later on 17 May. @eats.withshan MY NEW FAV CAFE, if only they're not so ulu It took me almost 1.5hr to get here but it was worth it. Must order the hotcake!! prettiest and bouncy, with interesting and yummy sauce. Pistachio Mortadella Focaccia - I can say this is the best focaccia bread in SG (and trust me I love that bread so much!!), crispy and chewy just perfect texture and filling! Staffs all very friendly too and surprisingly not super packed on weekend too, maybe cos it's too far Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited Beth Cafe over the weekend after hearing great things about their pancakes, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The 24-hour fermented pancakes with whipped butter and honey soy maple were the highlight — incredibly soft, flavorful, and very well balanced. Easily something I’d come back for. The pistachio and mortadella sandwich was also excellent, making it a perfect brunch combination. I paired it with a dirty chai latte, which was nicely spiced and complemented the meal well. Overall, a great brunch experience with high-quality food and well-executed flavors. Would definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30
