Managed to go the whole trip without getting sick from the food until buying a burger from here while waiting for my flight home... Avoid like the plague unless you want the most expensive bout of gastro you've ever had in your life! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good day, I write this review as a formal complaint on the staff working at your kiosk Big Burger and grill on 22/3/2023 at 12pm shift. I tried to ask for hot water initially and order food but your staff was incredibly rude. Perhaps I don’t look like a tourist or someone rich, but this is not right. The lady at counter rolled her eyes at me and shakes her head to tell me to go away. Didn’t bother to listen to my order when I asked nicely. The other staff at kiosk (3 girls 2 guys, didn’t bother to help- all just standing around and chit- chatting to each other) Terrible staff, if the company intends to do well- I suggest hiring better team that’s non discriminating or atleast would listen to people when they speak.
