Briyani was amazing but the unfriendly and rude auntie/lady staff is a turn off. It’s enough to make me reconsider coming back. Hope they address this. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am writing to bring a concerning experience to your attention regarding a takeaway order of Mishti Doi purchased today from your Shenton Way outlet. The Mishti Doi we bought was unfit for consumption. Upon opening the container, there was visible mold growth (a white, fuzzy patch) on the surface, along with significant discoloration. As a food establishment, serving expired or improperly stored dairy is a major safety concern. I hope you will look into your storage temperatures and stock rotation protocols to ensure other customers do not receive spoiled products. We would appreciate more diligence in checking takeaway items before they are handed over to customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
