Wah this Bistro @ SICC quite shiok leh. Went there last weekend for lunch after golf, weather hot until cannot tahan, so aircon dining room really save my life sia. The place very chill one, not too noisy, can relax and makan properly. I ordered the grilled salmon, medium doneness just nice, skin crispy, meat soft and juicy. The mashed potato smooth smooth, got buttery taste somemore. My friend took the wagyu burger, wah the patty thick and juicy, cheese melt until steady. Fries come hot and crispy, not those soggy kind lor. We also shared truffle mushroom soup; can smell the truffle from far already, quite power but a bit salty lah. Service quite fast, staff friendly and keep refilling water without asking. Price a bit on the high side, but for club standard still okay lah. Parking free somemore, so can. Best to book in advance if you going during weekend lunch, always full one. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
