The owner-chef made an impression on me when he appeared on the Culinary War 2 on Netflix. He strives to serve “warm, comfort” food at his restaurant and seemed like a genuinely kind person. In fact, many of his peers rave about his kindness and generosity. Well, his restaurant reflects his personality and humanity. From the French onion soup to steak and dessert, every bite feels like a warm hug from your loved ones. The taste is balanced not challenging. It’s fine dining with comfort of your best friend’s kitchen table. I don’t know Chef Tommy Lee, but I felt so welcomed at his place. Exquisitely done! Keep it going, my friend!
