Thank you for your feed back! We feel it is important to clarify that the portions served during your visit were exactly the same portions we serve daily to all our customers. The pasta dish include 100g of dry pasta, prepared according to our standard recipe, and was servered with additional parmesan cheese on the side. The second children's dish included two sausages with grilled zucchini as per your request. describing these dishes as "half portions" is therefore simply inaccurate. we are especially surprised by these comments considering your apparent experience within the restaurant industry, where consistency in portion standards and food cost is generally well understood. At Bella Ciao Phuket, we take pride in offering authentic ciusine, quality ingrediants, and fair portions in line with our standards.
