Yes, they have soda water, but no, they won't let you buy soda water. Tip: go to the Tao Bin machine on the 2nd floor.

Le café est situé au rez-de-chaussée du consulat. Vous pouvez consommer des boissons chaudes, froides, des sandwichs, quelques plats et des snacks. Il y a des tables pour se restaurer. Il y a pas beaucoup de place assises (maximum 20 personnes, 4 tables de 2 et une grande table). Personnel serviable et bon acceuil. Le café était bon, le quatre quart et le plat de nouilles aussi. Jolie décoration intérieure et cadre chaleureux. Espace propre.
