Overpriced and No Goodwill for Regular Customers! My two children and I come here regularly. In October 2025, the staff convinced me to buy a 20-hour package plus an extra product — my daughter chose a slime set. That came to 2,200 + 198 THB (excluding 7% VAT). I also received an additional slime voucher as part of the promotion. When I asked when I could use the voucher, they said: “Anytime.” Since then, my children have been there several times. Sometimes they forgot their membership card, but that was never a problem — they could just enter our phone number, and everything was handled easily and professionally. Once, the kids went there with our babysitter. They wanted to make slime but didn’t have the voucher card with them. The staff contacted me via LINE, and I asked if I could show the card later — they said no, but allowed me to transfer 189 THB directly via bank transfer, which was very convenient and kind at that time. Then my children got sick for a week. When we returned on November 2, 2025, I was told I needed to show the slime voucher again. I said we didn’t want to use it this time anyway, but then they said: “Oh, maybe it’s already expired.” Excuse me?! No one ever mentioned that the voucher could expire! Apparently, it expired on October 25, 2025, and I was told it could no longer be used. Why was I never informed that the voucher had an expiry date? They had many opportunities — during our visits or even through LINE — to tell me. The staff are always friendly, but it seems the management is only flexible when it suits them. Very disappointing for loyal customers. Unfortunately, there are not many similar options in Meechok Plaza. This is a business gap! I truly hope someone opens a similar place soon — families like ours would gladly support an alternative!

Visited a couple of times with my 3-year daughter very much enjoying making slime and assembling several duplo sets including Frozen, fire station, Mickey Mouse, and more.
