Stopped by Blue Bottle Cafe for a slow afternoon coffee break and overall it was a pleasant experience. The space has that clean, minimal aesthetic the brand is known for , calm, bright, and easy to sit in for a while without feeling rushed. Service was friendly and efficient even during the busier periods. I ordered two Gibraltar coffees and while the beans were clearly high quality, the cups leaned a little too strong and intense for my personal preference. The espresso had a very bold, roasted profile that slightly overpowered the milk, making it less balanced and smooth than I expected. Coffee lovers who enjoy punchier flavours may appreciate it more, but I would probably go for something lighter next time. The banana cake was the highlight for me. Moist, fragrant, and not overly sweet, it paired nicely with the coffee and felt comforting in a simple homemade way. Texture was soft without being too dense, and the banana flavour came through naturally. Overall, a nice cafe with quality ingredients and a relaxing atmosphere, though the coffee may be better suited for those who enjoy stronger espresso-forward drinks. Excellent experience at Blue Bottle Coffee. The team is very polite, professional, and welcoming. The service was smooth and well-organized. Special thanks to Muzz for his great attitude and attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back.
